    Application for 8-Week Intensive Training (Tuesdays: June 25th - Aug 13th)*

    Please review the participation requirements prior to completing and submitting this form.
    If your answer to question 3 is "no" your application will not be considered for the 8-Week Summer Cohort that begins on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024.   However,  you are welcome to submit the application, which we will keep for up to six months to consider for upcoming cohorts.
    Instructions:  Provide a brief description in the box below that addresses each of the five (5) bulletpoints, including details about grant applications you have prepared (or assisted with preparing):
    • What training program did you take/complete and when (approx. year)?
    • For which nonprofit(s) or gov't entity did you prepare applications?
    • What were the grant funding sources?
    • What were the type(s) of programs or services?
    • Were any of the applications funded?  If yes,  indicate the amount(s).
