Beta Test Participation Requirements (Phase I)

Review the following information to be sure you will be able to comply with ALL five requirements. The final selection process will require proof of Items #1-3 to confirm your enrollment for this beta test. If you are interested in participating, complete the short form to the right to receive the link to the information meeting.  Anyone may attend to get an introduction to The Grant Architect, but the 12 individuals to be selected for this beta test must: 

1)* Have access to at least 2-3 prior grant applications in .DOCX, .PDF or comparable file formats. This information will provide The Grantbuilder Architect with content needed to create your Master Data Set (i.e. boilerplate, master template, grant content library),

2)* Identify one or more grant applications/RFAs/RFPs/etc. (in advance of the beta test) that you will complete during the beta test using this system,

3) Have an active ChatGPT account. A free account will suffice to participate in this phase of the beta test,

​4) Be available between April 15th through April 30th to test system for at least 5 total hours through the two-week period, and

5) Be available to attend one of the following 30 minute virtual informational meetings via Zoom (PT for all sessions): 

Mon 4/6:  7am , 4pm or 7pm
Tues 4/7:  7am, 4pm or 7pm
Wed, 4/8 at 7am only (no afternoon or evening sessions)

You will receive a reply within 2-4 hours regarding the status of your interest form.
