Registration is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  A waiting list may be used for registrations that exceed the current capacity of the workshop.  The instructor will have copies of the workbook available for sale at a $10 discount off the $35 price listed at Amazon.com.  Cash and major credit cards will be accepted.
